- Log in to your Bhoomi9 account
- Go to “My Properties” on your dashboard
- Click “Edit” on the property you want to update
- Scroll to the RERA section
- Enter your RERA registration number
- Save the changes
Note: RERA is mandatory for commercial builders and developers. Individual homeowners may list without RERA, but adding it adds credibility.
