List Your Property in Minutes

Once your account is verified, you can start posting properties immediately. Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click “Post Property” – This button is in the top navigation bar or on your dashboard
  3. Select property type – Choose from Apartment, House, Villa, Commercial Space, Plot, or New Project
  4. Choose listing type – Decide whether it is for Sale, Rent, or a New Project
  5. Fill in property details – Enter basic info: title, description, price, bedroom count, bathroom count, area size, and furnishing status
  6. Select location – Choose the city, locality, and enter the full address
  7. Upload photos – Add clear, well-lit photos of your property (minimum 3 photos recommended)
  8. Set amenities – Select features like parking, gym, pool, security, etc.
  9. Review and submit – Check all details and click Submit

Tips for a Great Listing

  • Use high-resolution photos that show each room clearly
  • Write a detailed description highlighting key features
  • Set a competitive price based on local market rates
  • Add your RERA number if applicable – it builds trust
  • Respond to inquiries quickly to convert leads
